With experience dating to 1972, Dale Gauman and Victor Rudiy have witnessed over three decades of change in the finance industry. We visited with Dale and Victor recently, and listened as they outlined their company's services and offerings;
Cleveland Mortgage Services offers a wide range of mortgages for purchases and refinances, whether it be for home improvements or to pay off bills from the property's accumulated equity. We're licensed for both FHA and VA loans, and take pride in finding programs and rates that match our customers' needs. We helped found the Ohio Association of Mortgage Brokers in the early 1990s, and have each served on the Board of Directors for a number of years.
Whereas a bank will generally only have one mortgage program available to their customers, we deal with between 35-50 different lenders. Many times we'll be able to arrange better terms for you than a bank, and we always offer more personalized service than you'll find elsewhere. We offer evening hours, weekend hours, and will meet with you at your home if necessary. We have the resources to get you approved at a good rate, even if you have difficulties in your credit history.

We also offer reverse mortgages. This is a product designed primarily for homeowners age 62 and older that enables them to borrow a percentage of their equity in their property. A reverse mortgage will enable you to pay off your current mortgage without having to repay the loan until you pass away or decide to move out of your home. These loans are backed by FHA and HUD and can be structured so you receive a monthly payment to supplement your income.
If you are 62 years of age or older and have equity in your home, a reverse mortgage can turn that equity into cash, a line of credit, monthly income, or a combination of all three. You will have no monthly payments and the proceeds are tax-free. There are no income or credit qualifications. Best of all, you retain ownership of your home and can live there for as long as you choose. You can pay off your mortgage and not have a monthly payment, only taxes and insurance!
