After being discharged from the U.S. Army, Joe Mann began working for his father-in-law in 1974. His father-in-law was a concrete contractor and Joe discovered that he not only enjoyed the concrete industry, but he really enjoyed working outdoors. In 1990 Joe decided to start his own company, so he founded Mann Concrete, Inc. and became more involved in the decorative end of the concrete business. Mann Concrete, Inc. has grown to employ a crew of twelve people, many who have been with the company for quite a few years.
