Thomas F. McManamon, the principal of the agency has been in the insurance business for over thirty-three years. Tom started McManamon and Associates, Inc. with his father in 1970 and in 1978 became the principal producer of all property and casualty business within the agency. Tom became President in 1983 and by 1990 had a staff of eleven people. He has also had the distinction of serving our community for thirty-three years as the Executive Director of the St. Patrick's Day Parade.

Patrick C. McManamon, the third generation of the McManamon family involved in the family business, joined the agency after working three years for McDonald Investments in their Portfolio Valuation department. A graduate of the University of Dayton with dual degrees in Political Science and History, Patrick joined Thomas F. McManamon & Associates, Inc. in July of 2003 and was licensed that same month.

Tracy McManamon joined the agency after serving as Senior Vice President with Acordia, one of the largest insurance brokerages in the world, and now leads our employee health and welfare practice. Tracy is the second youngest of Tom's five brothers and has over 16 years of experience in all phases of employee benefits including

As a large part of the McManamon Insurance Agency book of business is in the medical malpractice area, Tom and Pat realized how doctors struggled with the application process year in and year out. Patrick and Tom realized that through the development of a software program, they could automate that process for physicians all across the country.
